How to make gratitude journal




I found a wonderful and simple way to practice Gratitude - One of the

HOW?
 
  • Take a Diary or Notebook. 
  • At the end of each day, draw a pie chart.
  • Divide it into parts.
  • Label each part for the things you are grateful for throughout the day. 

This way, you will end up creating your Gratitude journal. Wonderful, Isn't it?
