How to make gratitude journal
It’s Not Happiness That Brings Us Gratitude
It’s Gratitude That Brings Us Happiness
I found a wonderful and simple way to practice Gratitude - One of the
best ways to feel and express gratitude.
HOW?
- Take a Diary or Notebook.
- At the end of each day, draw a pie chart.
- Divide it into parts.
- Label each part for the things you are grateful for throughout the day.
This way, you will end up creating your Gratitude journal. Wonderful, Isn't it?
